About me
Welcome to my personal website. I am a computer programmer from Naples (Italy), currently working in Helsinki (Finland). At the moment I’m working for a company directly related to Nokia. Focusing on the development for the Maemo platform until June ‘06, I have recently been the lead developer for a Instant Messenger and VoIP client supporting Jabber and SIP, targeting both Linux and Windows platforms, and completely developed using Open Source technologies. Now I’ve moved to a lower layer of abstraction, working to the Presence Engine Server, an Application Framework and operating daemon which allows users to write system-independent programs that use Jabber or SIP, without having to care about the protocols inner functioning.
Although I can boast a vast area of expertise, ranging from C to Java, from HTML to PHP, as you can read in my CV, I mostly enjoy writing C/C++ code.
